Boris, sleeping again.

Boris really does play, he isn't always sleeping. Really. Sometimes he even runs.

small, late night update.

Today Mil had her Vday party at preschool, and since I've been promising Mil forever that I'd help out at her school I went too. *A big thanks to my Mom and Lisa for watching the smallest and the bulliest while I was busy chasing preschoolers* I am sure I've said it a million times, but I LOVE MIL'S PRESCHOOL. I love it. Especially her teachers, who are some of the kindest smartest women I've ever met. I was so nervous to put Milly in preschool, I had previously never left her with anyone for any length of time besides friends and family occasionally. Oh and the daycare at the Y for the 30 minutes or so, and I had a huge panic about that at the time. So to trust total strangers with my beloved Mil, well, it was hard to swallow. But I am confident that, and especially so after having Mil's conference, that her teachers have Milly's best interest at heart and they are extremely observant and will help Mil be the best preschooler she can be, and also help her get a great jump start for regular school.

T has had a bit of a diaper rash issue *another big thanks to our private, on call Doc Tracy*, so we gave him a baking soda bath in our kitchen sink. This went over well with T, he loves baths.

Boris is a dream, I don't know how we got so lucky. Now, Mil didn't get her dalmatian but Boris has some awesome dalmatian spots on his ears.

Til next time.....

Valentine's Day

V-day is by far my favorite holiday, and it's pretty high up there on MIl's list too. She has her Valentine's Day party at preschool tomorrow, and I had to share a pic of her insanely cute cards. I got them from Etsy, HERE. They are so cute, BUT mostly look at MIl's name! That she wrote all by herself. By the way her conference went super well, her teacher confirmed what we already knew, she's a super smart and well adjusted little girl.

Those crazy kids!

Onto the kids. Mil and T. They are both doing great. Milly recently had her first preschool report card and she is progressing grandly! She is also taking really well to going three days a week to school instead of two. Mike and I have our first conference (sniff sniff) with her teacher next week.

Truman has also been doing great, he is now developed a deep love for toast. It's unbelievable really. He especially loves the toast from Paddy Coyns, he was maniac at breakfast this weekend, stealing all of our toast. T and Milly have been having too much fun playing together, Milly especially likes for T to play in her room. It's amazing how close they are, it gives me goosebumps of happiness.

And Boris makes 7

Wow. There is a lot going on in the Dinon household. Seven creatures. Wow.

Everyone loves Boris except Oliver. He is slowly getting better, slowly realizing that Boris is in no way going to dethrone him from the King of our house. Oliver's regal presence can never be outdone. Anyone that has seen his luxurious tail knows this to be true.

Boris has been staying downstairs, and (knock on wood) he has been unbelievably good about housebreaking. I mean, zero accidents in the house. (knock on wood again). He is such a mellow, extremely lovable dog. The poor little red thing on his eye is an extra eyelid, commonly referred to as cherry eye, and also extremely common in Bulldogs. We have an appoinment with our vet later this month to get it taken care of.

Boris the Bully

We are in dog heaven here. Last week we got the sweetest, cutest dog ever. I can't believe we lived without a dog for so long, now with the addition of Boris our family feels complete.
