So, besides food

what Boris loves the most are babies, toddlers, all kids. He was so upset yesterday when we had a baby party and he had to stay outside. What he really wanted to do was knock all the kids over and lick their faces until he fell asleep. Actually B's been pretty good with OUR kids lately, but he can just not control his excitement when other people come to the house, especially with kids. But luckily, Mike took B on the longest walk when he came home from work, I don't think he's mad at us anymore.

Well,

The kids and Mike got back safely from CA, they all had a really good time. Mil and T are still recovering from a bit of exhaustion, but otherwise are in good spirits. I missed them all so much when they were gone, and Boris missed them too. B would get way too excited when he heard the kids on speakerphone, or if he heard kids playing outside. I don't have any photos yet from their trip, but as soon as I get them I'm be sure to post them.

But today we had a very fancy organic lunch with Lisa, Jami, Jami's Sister Jenni, and lots of kids (Juniper, Accimus, Judah, Zeke, Linux, Edie and Piper). The kids are totally wiped out, but they had a great time. Baby Zeke is so stinking cute, and Jami's Sister is also very very cute. She looks like a fashion doll, and her tiny twins are very squeezable and fun. Lisa's baby Linux, was also making himself known at lunch, very fun.

A serious post now.

Okay enough with the jokes. Really, here are the photos from the Bully party Mil and I went to. They aren't the best, I didn't have the camera on the right setting so they are a bit blurry, but they are still super cute. Plus there is a picture of the cute and very grown up and boyish Judah in his very fancy car. I mean his MOM'S very fancy car. And see, the reason I couldn't get T in the picture too is because he was in an infant seat, rear facing, next to Judah. Yes, I'm serious. But then also, after our date with the very fancy Koch's, T dressed up like Judah. In Mil's converse. Too funny. Oh and then also there will be a picture of Mil in her Fresh Beat Band getup. And B you ask? He is doing great, his Bully belly is back to it's original beauty and we are going to the Bully show in Oly on Monday. Yes, I promise I'll take pictures.

And just because

my Mom is probably really mad that I outed her love and envy for bulldogs, a fun picture of her and T getting ready to chase squirrels.

And also...

The obligatory Boris post

Poor B, my frankenbully. He had to get his ever so cute outie belly button removed a few weeks ago, it was beginning to get troublesome, and if that wasn't enough he somehow got his original incision infected, which of course, required yet another surgery. He left the vet after the last surgery with a load of pills, a drain tube placed in his belly and a huge list of care instructions for Mike and I. We, somehow, got through it and now B seems to be recovering nicely. Thank goodness. He actually just got his stitches taken out this morning.

Mil and I had to attend a Bully Reunion sans Boris since he was supposed to be recovering and taking it easy at home. I sure missed B, I know he would have loved the chance to play with his sister and brothers, but Mil and I had a blast. Mil had her own little pack of bullies following her around the dog park. At one point she got stuck up on a hill, and when she cried for help to get down all the bullies ran to her.

Fresh Beat Band

And maybe this is slightly embarrassing, actually it's hugely embarrassing, but Mil is going through her first stage of celebrity idolization. And it's not someone worthy like Kathleen Hanna or even Kim Gordon, it's some red haired girl from Noggin's Fresh Beat Band, a tween group. You can read Fresh Beat Band HERE. But anyway the other night when Mike was expressing his interest in T's footwear, I told him that he could take both Mil and T to Nordstrom this weekend and pick out new shoes for the both of them. Mil immediately popped up and asked if she could please get a shirt. What? She's never really asked for clothes before, well I mean besides dress up things. But sure enough, she wanted a blue shirt so she could be just like the girl in the Fresh Beat Band. She's really bashful about this whole thing too, she got really embarrassed when my Mom and I were talking about it today.

T is a mad climber, he's scaled basically everything in the house besides his crib. Thank goodness. He's so much more adventurous than Mil at his age. And boy that little guy loves to eat. His current favorite things are quesadillas and champagne grapes. We went to the playground the other day, the one at the elementary school up by our house, and T was so much trouble! He literally has no fear. While we had to goad Mil into going down the slide, or even climbing up to the slide, T was really to walk right off of the slide. It was crazy. Thank goodness that Mil is the big help that she is. Of course I didn't bring the camera for our impromptu trip to the playground, or even if I did I don't think I'd have been able to take a single photo. So you'll just have to imagine the danger and cuteness.

Hmm there seems to be issues with uploading photos, so I'll try again a bit later.
