Thomas, Thomas, Thomas

Truman is obsessed with Thomas The Train, obsessed. Thomas is the first thing he talks about in the morning, and the last thing he talks about at night (as he puts all of his trains to bed). We got tickets for Day Out With Thomas while Mike was on vacation, I was really excited for Truman to see Thomas up close and personal. The event was in Snoqualmie, which is a super cute town by the way, at the railway museum. Our train ride was scheduled for 9am, and we arrived about 8. Truman did not like waiting in line, not at all. But really, what two year old does? Truman and Mil had a really fun time on the train ride, but it wasn't nearly what I expected, the setup of the whole thing was horrid. I don't think the kids really understood they were riding on Thomas, as he was hidden between other trains, we got on from the back of the train, and I don't know if Truman would have associated that he was on Thomas except for Mike taking him (against the rules) to peek around at the front of the train. It was fun for T, but it didn't blow his mind as I was expecting it too.
